The latest « all music » collection by Louisantoinette Paris is once again « topissime » !!! To inaugirate it I rushed on the Vogue dress … A pure cut, discreet folds on the wrists and the detail of the invisible pockets decorated with gathers that make the difference! For a first version, I chose a sublimissime wool crepe by Bennytex for both its fluidity and its softness! And to draw the panels and especially value I have to slide a silver piping lurex by Mercerie Charonne.
Level: Debutant – Timing : 4h – Cost: €€€
As a preamble, the Vogue dress by Louisantoinette is accessible all the more as the explanatory guide is very well done. I recommend you a fluid fabric, such as viscose, crepe, … To highlight the gathers to the invisible pockets which constitutes the detail of Vogue. Also I could not help but add a piping silver lurex;)))
So you will have understood the main step will be the realization of the gathered pockets. After ruffling, I sewed the piping and then the yokes in front. Do not hesitate to mark the inserts with the iron so that it is well marked. You will also have pliers on the back and the detail of the folds inside the sleeves which gives an extra touch to Vogue.
I removed 5 good cms for a length above the knee and I did not put zip because it slips without problem;)))
In short, I am totally fan of the Vogue dress because it can be worn at the office every day;)) And of a formidable simplicity <unk>
